Community Windsor Pork Chop Dinner
When: Sunday, September 7, 2025 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Where: Plager Building Mower County Fairgrounds, Austin
Menu: Includes Windsor Pork Chop, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Roll and Beverage
Tickets: $13 per person, Available at the door.

9 pm All Junior Hogs must be on the grounds

Saturday September 6
JUNIOR SHOW SATURDAY
7:30 - 8:30 am Breed Classification Session 2
8:30 -10 am Junior Show Check-In
11:30 am Junior Show Weight Cards due
**15 pound weigh back on all Barrows and Crossbred Gilts
12:00 pm Showmanship (Oldest to Youngest)
Junior Classic Gilt Show will begin after the completion of Showmanship
Show order: Berkshire, Chester, Duroc, Hampshire, Hereford, Landrace, Poland China, Spot, Tamworth, Yorkshire, Crossbred

Barnyard Olympics will take place following the Gilt Show

12 pm All Open Show breeding stock, truckloads, and open market barrow show entries must be on the grounds
12 pm Breeding Stock Check-in
1-2:30 pm Truckload Check-in and Weigh-in
1-2:30 pm Open Market Barrow Check-in

Sunday September 7
JUNIOR SHOW SUNDAY
10 am Junior Classic Barrow Show
Show order: Berkshire, Chester, Duroc, Hampshire, Hereford, Landrace, Poland China, Spot, Tamworth, Yorkshire, Crossbred

OPEN SHOW SUNDAY
Open Barrow Show will begin 30 minutes after the completion of the Junior Classic Barrow Show

COLLEGIATE LIVESTOCK JUDGING CONTEST
6 am Registration Starts
7 am Judging Contest begins

Monday September 8
7:30 am Breeding Stock Show, North Ring
Show order: Chester, Poland, Hereford, Spot, Tamworth, Berkshire, Hampshire, Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc, Crossbred
Breeding Stock Sale will begin 2 hours after the completion of the Breeding Stock Show
