Mower County Agricultural Society

Please consider joining the Mower County Agricultural Society to help promote agricultural education, the Mower County fairgrounds and Mower County Fair.

The Annual Ag Society meeting will be on the first Monday of November at 7:00 p.m. All memberships must be paid by September 30 of the current year in order to be able to vote.

Mission Statement

To provide an opportunity to upgrade the quality of life for residents of Mower County and others. This is accomplished through activities and events that encourage the participation and education of everyone—with special emphasis on youth. Our mission is to increase the understanding and appreciation of our traditions, values, and culture and to prepare for future generations.

All Mower County, Minnesota, residents and Mower County, Minnesota, property owners who reside and are legal voters in a Minnesota county adjoining Mower County, are entitled to membership in said society and are entitled to vote at the annual meeting therof; providing the membership fee has been paid by September 30 of the current year. We encourage you to become involved in your fair and to join the Ag Society. Membership forms are available at the Fair Office, by filling in the Ag Society Membership below or by mailing the attached mission statement form below to 700 12th St. SW, Austin, MN 55912. Membership in the Ag Society is required to be eligible to seek election to the Mower County Fair Board.
